Sham joined CareDx from the University of Oxford, being trained in the UK as a transplant surgeon and served in the British Army. His ability to thrive under pressure and drive success; allowed him to bring successful solution delivery through his previous consulting role at GE Healthcare on a number of healthcare projects; where he went on to become a medical advisor to a number of UK based start-ups. Having trained and specialized in transplantation in Oxford, he is well-versed in using and manipulating data. Running qualitative and quantitative analysis, he has extensive knowledge and expertise in transplantation medical devices and diagnostics. Dr Sham Dholakia read medicine at Imperial College on the palmar scholarship and has a DPhil in Surgical Science and Transplant Immunology from University of Oxford.
