Biography

Dr. Tabriziani is the Medical Director of Organ Transplant at Natera. He is a well-known speaker and author of various peer review articles. Prior to moving to Natera, he was an associate professor and Medical Director of Out-patient and Specialty Clinics at Loma Linda University. He has also been appointed as the Medical director of Pancreas Transplantation at Westchester Medical Center, New York Medical college before moving to Loma Linda University. He has completed his Medical School at Iran University of Medical Sciences (IUMS) with honors. He finished his Internal Medicine residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical College in New York. He continued his education with fellowship in Nephrology and Hypertension at Georgetown University in Washington, DC and later completed his fellowship in Kidney and Pancreas Transplant at University of California San Francisco (UCSF). He is a diplomate of American Board of Internal medicine (ABIM) as well as a diplomate of American Board of Nephrology. He is an active member and fellow of American College of physician (ACP) and American Society of Nephrology (ASN). He is also a member of American society of Transplantation (AST) with multiple Community of Practices (COP)involvement.
