Emma Massey is a psychologist and Associate Professor at the Department of Nephrology & Transplantation in the Erasmus MC Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Her research focuses on the psychological aspects of transplantation and living donation. Topics include medication adherence, self-management, health literacy, patient education, anonymous donation, and the patient perspective. She is currently chair of the plaform on Ethical, Legal and Psychosocial Aspects of Transplantation (ELPAT), a section of ESOT.
