The COVID-19 pandemic has indirectly affected transplantation due to the ramp-down of activity and low availability of donors. We have designed the LIST-COVID-19 study; a prospective, observational, longitudinal, and international study to capture transplantation activity and practices during the pandemic. Health professionals' and/or patients' input will be captured during three phases of the pandemic: "ramp-down", "ramp-up" and "aftermath". In phase I, we conducted a survey of health professionals from over 75 different countries who take care of patients with a solid organ transplant. This presentation will summarize the results of this survey.
