Objectives: To study the usefulness of CT imaging in pre-operative evaluation of Kidney Transplant Patients Methods: 200 pre-operative renal failure patients underwent HRCT Chest and CEST Whole Abdomen in a period between 2017 and 2019. Findings: Of the 200 CT Chest done, we found 40 abnormalities needing further investigations and CT Abdomen we found asymptomatic conditions which were not picked up in USG in 50 patients.

Conclusions: Thus HRCT Chest and CECT Abdomen play as baseline for future reference and also useful in picking up asymptomatic conditions which can affect post Kidney Transplant outcome.
